Maple cream is a spreadable treat with no additional ingredients, just pure maple syrup. Good for one month at room temperature, six months if kept refrigerated, and indefinitely in the freezer. To soften, set out at room temperature, or set in a pan of warm water. Microwaving not recommended.

Try on toast, bagels or cinnamon bread. Great as a topping on cinnamon rolls or cookies.
