What is your shipping policy?

We ship anywhere in the US, through USPS ground and regional rate priority boxes.

Orders will ship in 1-2 business days after being placed and will take 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination.

Find your state to find your rate. Or pick the gallon jug shipping rate.

A one gallon jug ships at a higher rate due to the weight.

We are always happy to put together a large custom order. Please contact us to get an estimate to ship a custom order before completing checkout.

Is there a sugar free version of maple syrup?

While maple syrup does come with some healthy minerals and antioxodants, it consists primarily of sucrose and water, with small amounts of the monosaccharides glucose and fructose from the invert sugar created in the boiling process. Diabetics should only consume maple syrup as their glycemic index allows.

Can I order through the website, but not have it shipped?

Yes. Just click 'local pickup/delivery' on checkout and we will contact you to schedule the exchange.

Do I have to refrigerate my syrup?

Yes. Refrigerate after opening.

Helpful tip: You can store syrup in the freezer. It won't freeze. Keep a larger container of syrup in the freezer and refill a smaller container in the fridge. 

What is that layer of sugar that formed on the bottom of my syrup container?

Sometimes you will get a layer of crystallized sugar at the bottom of your container. Don't worry. This is natural and edible. 

What if I get mold on the top of my syrup?

Your maple syrup can be saved! Remove the mold. Heat the syrup to boiling. Skim the surface. Sterilize the container. Refill with syrup and refrigerate.
