Maple Sausage Casserole

This recipe is family approved! I highly recommend using Haines’ maple sausage.

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs maple sausage

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix

  • 2 cups milk

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain. Spread in dish.

In large bowl, stir Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until blended. Stir in cheese. Pour into dish.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup.
